Student Drop-Off Procedures

ARRIVAL BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:10 - 8:20 am & 12:10 & 12:20 pm
All Students

Staff will be outside to greet cars from 8:10-8:20 am and 12:10- 12:20 pm.

Please pull alongside the curb – see red line on the map above. If you are the first car in line, pull all the way forward and stop where the red line ends.

Once the school buses have been unloaded, staff will wave to the first vehicle in line to pull up in front of the school – all cars will follow.

You will get your child out of the vehicle and walk your child to a staff member on the curb. Please DO NOT send your child down the curb alone to meet a staff member – it is not safe.

Return to your vehicle and remain in the car line until the vehicles in front of you have safely dropped off their child(ren) unless waved around by staff members. DO NOT PULL OUT OF LINE, UNLESS A STAFF MEMBER HAS WAVED YOU ON.

At 8:20 am / 12:20 pm, or if there are no staff members outside to greet your student, you will need to bring your child into the school, sign your child in, and wait for a classroom staff member to come to the office to greet your child.

Please note, after 8:20, if staff are assisting students off a bus, you will still need to walk your child into the building to be signed in.

Please do not leave your child unattended or allow them to walk into the building alone.

If your child is dysregulated at any time, you will be asked to park and escort your child into the building.
Early Arrival - Full Day Families Only (7:00 am - 7:55 am)

Pull to the curb in front of the main doors.

Get out of your vehicle, escort your child to the front door, and ring the doorbell to notify a staff member of your intent to drop off. Please stand in front of the camera,

A staff member will release the lock on the door, you will enter into the vestibule with your child and wait for a staff member to receive your child.

Family members are not allowed to enter the main building.

After 7:55, you will need to line up in the car line. We need the front curb area cleared for arriving buses.
Student Pick-Up Procedures

Please have your Car Card displayed on your rear-view mirror
Hanging it from a child’s clothes hanger is a great method!
All Families

Staff will begin to walk students out to the parent pick-up line at 11:20 am and 3:15 pm.

Please pull alongside the curb – see the red line on the map above. If you are the first car in line, pull all the way forward and stop where the red line ends.

Form two lanes where the map shows. At the bend, merge into a single lane along the curb.

Please note at PM dismissal – there is NO LEFT TURN INTO THE LOT.

Display your Car Tag on your rear-view mirror AT ALL TIMES.

You will get out of the vehicle, STAY BY YOUR VEHICLE, and receive your student from a staff member on the curb.

You are responsible for buckling your student into their car seat.

If you need additional time, when pulling forward with the line, you can pull into the yellow space.

Please limit conversation with staff members. If you have questions about your student’s day, please contact the teacher.

You must remain in the pick-up line until the vehicles in front of you have safely picked up/buckled in their student(s). DO NOT PULL OUT OF LINE.

A staff member will wave the vehicles in the car line to exit the pick-up area.

If you need to pick up your student early before dismissal time, please arrive before 11:00 am/3:00 pm and come into the main office to sign your student out.

After 11:00 am / 3:00 pm, we ask that you get in the pick-up line.
After 3:30 PM Pick Up - Full Day Families Only
3:30 PM – 5:30 PM PICK-UP
- Pull to the curb in front of the main doors.

Get out of your vehicle and ring the doorbell to notify a staff member of your intent to pick up. Please stand in front of the camera.

Staff member will release the lock on the door, you will enter the vestibule and wait for a staff member to escort your child to you.

Have your valid ID or building issued car card ready to show staff.

Family members are not allowed to enter the main building.

Friday afternoon, there will be no “car line”, simply ring the doorbell to notify us your intent to pick up.
