The Francis Howell School District is hosting a free drive-thru food giveaway on Wednesday, November 23.
From 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the District will partner with the St. Louis Area Food Bank and Sodexo to distribute free groceries for a Thanksgiving meal.
Each family will receive a turkey, potatoes, a gallon of milk, macaroni and cheese, stuffing mix, green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, canned sweet potatoes, corn muffin mix, yellow cake mix and a bag of apples.
The giveaway is open to the public and is first come, first served. 150 meals will be distributed.
The food giveaway will take place at 4606 Central School Road in St. Charles. For additional information, contact Deanna Kruse at 636-851-4076.
